I was first out, rested, and available in the FQ Pool (or extra board if the FQ pool is exhausted). This is a violation of the FQ Pool Agreement side Letter 5 for engineers and side letter 4 for conductors of the MR (Muncie to Cincinnati) pool agreement It states when Frankfort District crews are rested and available, they will be used for service between Frankfort and Cincinnati in lieu of Muncie pool crews.
